90 Seconds of high resolution stabilized Video directed by client, light edit only, includes color grading and rough cut, H.265 files will be provided.
Pricing is based on a Not To Exceed (NTE) of (4) hours of photographer’s time and editing:
Typical shoot will be (2) hours on site and (2) hours of editing.
Additional trips/time are billed at $100 per hour on site
Includes up to 30 images depending on size of property
Video (avg. 1-3 min) shot in high resolution of interior and exterior
Sky replacement for exterior photos if requested
